EMDR Consultation for Therapists:

I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant In Training (CIT) with EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). I can provide consultation to therapists that are working towards EMDRIA Certification and those looking for support or guidance from someone who can help you to become more confident in your EMDR skills and strengthen your knowledge.

*I am only able to do consultation for those who have completed their foundational training and the 10 hours of required consultation*

EMDRIA requires a minimum 20 hours of consultation for certification. At least 10 of these hours must be in the individual format and 15 of these hours may come from a Consultant in Training (CIT).

Requirements for EMDR Certification Letter:

I can provide up to 15 of the required hours that you will need for EMDRIA Certification.  I am a consultant in training and can not write the recommendation letter for you.

You will need a letter of recommendation from an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Each consultant has different criteria for the number of hours you need to do with them in order for them to write you the letter. Please ask the approved consultant how many hours they require.

If you wish to use my approved consulant, Thomas Zimmerman, he will require that you do at least 5 hours of consultation with him prior to writing the letter of recommendation for certification.

One Hour Individual Consultation:

Rate: $50

Meet online to strengthen your knowledge of the AIP model, EMDR phases, resourcing, etc. We can discuss and resolve stuck points or barriers and talk over your individual EMDR skills and process. Meeting individually is perfect if you’re seeking certification, case consultation on specific stuck points or issues, or are looking for individualized support.

Two Hour Group Consultation: (coming soon!)

Rate: $40

This is a consultation group for people who would like further support implementing EMDR into their practice and strengthening their skills. This group is also well suited for those who are seeking hours toward EMDR Certification. We can review and discuss EMDR processes, deepen your understanding of EMDR and how to work with various client issues.
